We manage a diverse £15 billion portfolio that includes urban centres like Regent Street and St James's in London, one of the largest rural holdings in the country, and the seabed around England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Our portfolio spans four main business areas: Marine, where we enable offshore wind and renewable energy; Property & Places, creating vibrant destinations; Land, supporting sustainable agriculture; and The Windsor Estate, a 16,000-acre ancient landscape.
Our purpose is to create lasting and shared prosperity for the nation, and we return all our net profit to the Treasury - having generated £5 billion over the last decade. We balance financial returns with environmental and social impact, focusing on energy and climate resilience, nature recovery, inclusive growth, and responsible financial returns.
