rePurpose Global

rePurpose Global is a packaging sustainability and compliance platform helping consumer companies measure plastic footprints, meet EPR rules and back credible claims.

rePurpose Global, founded in 2017, is a Packaging Sustainability & Compliance platform that helps consumer companies measure, report and act on their plastic footprint while meeting Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations. Its dual platform covers more than 45 packaging jurisdictions and is used by over 500 consumer companies, among them Tom's of Maine, Blueland and Gimme.

The company's work spans several technical domains: data management, plastic footprint measurement and reporting, sustainability compliance, EPR regulatory compliance and verified impact tracking. Alongside the platform, rePurpose Global runs a Plastic Neutral certification programme, which gives certified brands a consumer-facing rePurpose badge; 95% of consumers report that the badge helps products stand out in e-commerce.

Verified plastic recovery projects form the third part of the business, combining data management with on-the-ground recovery. The company reports more than 100 million pounds of plastic recovered through 13 impact projects across seven countries, including India, Colombia, Ghana and Kenya, supporting over 2,300 waste workers with dignified livelihoods. Verticals served include consumer packaged goods, packaging, sustainability and environmental services, and e-commerce and retail.
