Formed in 2018 and operating as an RTX business, it was created by combining decades of expertise and innovation under a single brand. It supplies OEMs, engine manufacturers, airlines, airports, business aviation operators, defence ministries, government agencies and contractors.

The company's systems and equipment are installed on nearly every aircraft platform. Its portfolio spans avionics, landing gear, nacelles, cabin seating and fuel systems, alongside connectivity and communications systems for air and ground networks.
