BNH

BNH is a joint venture delivering Test and Evaluation, test operations and sustainment services for military and space systems at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex under the $3.7 billion TOS II contract.

BNH, or Beyond New Horizons, is a joint venture formed in 2024 to deliver Test and Evaluation services, test operations, and sustainment for military and space systems. The company works at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), the American aerospace and defence testing facility, where it supports more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion test facilities. Its technical scope covers ground-based and aerodynamic testing, propulsion testing, wind tunnel operations, and rocket motor test cell operations.

Its principal programme is Test Operations and Sustainment II (TOS II), awarded by the U.S. Air Force as a fully populated joint venture. The contract is valued at $3.7 billion and runs over a 12-year performance period, covering integrated test operations and sustainment services for AEDC's aerodynamic and propulsion facilities. BNH also provides Test and Evaluation services for military and space systems, drawing on combined expertise in engineering research and large-scale government programme management.

BNH operates as a partnership between Astrion Group and Fluor Corporation, and emphasises technical excellence, continuity, and deep domain knowledge in ground-based testing. Operations span multiple states within the United States, with a focus on national defence requirements in the aerospace, defence, military systems, space systems, and government services sectors.
