Alpin Limited is a sustainability and climate change consultancy serving complex construction and development projects across the Middle East and the GCC. The firm works in three main areas: commissioning, delivered by commissioning authorities; sustainability consulting for the built environment; and climate change advisory. Its headquarters are in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, with further offices in Dubai, Kuwait, Riyadh, Dammam and Qatar.
The company supports four green building certification frameworks: LEED, BREEAM, Estidama and MOSTADAM. It also developed Mostadam, the national green building rating system of Saudi Arabia. Alongside certification work, Alpin's technical scope covers building physics and net zero advisory, applied to projects in construction and real estate development.
Alpin has more than a decade of experience in the region. Projects it has worked on include EXPO 2020 Dubai, the New York University campus in Abu Dhabi and the ICD Brookfield headquarters. The team is multidisciplinary, comprising LEED APs, PQPs, net zero specialists, commissioning authorities and building physics PhDs.
